Inga believed in our daughter and knew she could do it. Inga listened to my husband and me when others told us “not to worry.” Your professionalism is incredible. We know our daughter is amazing little girl, but you had the “trick” to help her through this so quickly. She is so happy and often says /s/ words because she loves to hear herself say them – and I tell her that it is “music to my ears.”
