Adults — Language & Learning
What if:
You have trouble with certain sounds?
You have trouble reading?
You have trouble staying focused – at work and/or at home?
You’ve been told you’re capable, but not working up to full potential?
You want to be more productive and more organized at work and/or home?
If you’re an adult with symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorders (ADHD), Aspergers Syndrome, Auditory Processing Disorders (C/APD), Dyslexia, Language Processing Disorders, Learning Disabilities, etc.
Talk to us.
We provide independent consultations and private treatments for adults.
Our extensive training and experience allows us to provide an eclectic approach with a holistic perspective.
Adults seek our CONSULTATIONS for an honest and independent assessment.
We use understandable and meaningful terminology to describe adults’ strengths and weaknesses, and what can/should be done to do better.
In TREATMENT, we listen to adults. No-one knows “you” better than “your-self.”
We work together with adults to develop effective strategies.
We motivate adults to believe they can succeed, and we make sure they achieve everything they can.
We are experienced and trained in working with adults:
Articulation – we help adults produce clearer speech, sounding more intelligible and pleasing to themselves.
Attentional Issues (ADHD) – we help adults achieve greater attention with cognitive-behavioral strategies (acquiring skills like organization and time management), and we are comfortable discussing medications, exercise and alternative treatments to make sure adults function best at work and at home.
Social Abilities – we help adults develop social thinking increased social skills from the inside-out. We recognize each adult’s individuality, their strengths and weaknesses. We work to maximize adults’ social success in our socially complex workplaces, homes and communities.
Reading - We help adults with dyslexia. No matter long they’ve had trouble reading, we help adults find success (and joy) in reading – online, magazines, books and texts (English / Hebrew)
Other learning disabilities – we use our training and experience to understand, engage and motivate adult learners and professionals with a wide range of learning profiles.
