One thing is for sure. The world we knew before COVID19 feels distant and very different than the times we are living now.

If we can stay healthy and get through this, then let’s come out of this stronger than before.

Social distancing is not social isolation.

How to we stay connected to each other and to ourselves.

Let’s find ways to keep some habits in place and stay true to ourselves.

Avoid information overload by filtering the immense amount of information coming at us.

Be tuned-in to (enough) news, but take time to “turn-off” so you can tune-in to your-self.

We need to nurture ourselves:
Our emotional state, spiritual state, physical state, and cognitive state all need to be tended to.
— Uri Schneider

For our cognitive state, take classes, pick up a new skill, expand a hobby. Do the things you thought you didn’t have time for. Now is the time!

Emotionally this all can be very heavy on our shoulders. Reach out to people! Though you may be physically alone, you are not alone

Stay socially connected.

Receive the support and love from others with gratitude, as well as give back to those around you.

Having enough toilet paper, pasta, or any other physical goods in our homes is not enough. We must stay connected with those who are close to us so we can be apart of something bigger than ourselves.

If you don’t have a group/community, then create/find one.

We want to be that group for you.

Our team is working hard to continue to be there for our existing community of clients and parents.
We want to be there for more people who need an extra dose of help.

We don’t choose our circumstances,
but we do choose how we respond to them.
